During peak seasons (winter, Black Friday, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email  containing your tracking link.

You can track your package anytime.

If tracking appears inactive for the first 2–5 days, don’t worry — it becomes active once the package reaches the next logistics hub.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We cannot refund or reship orders where the address was entered incorrectly by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to address issues, we can reship it — additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

  3. Contact your local post office

8. Delayed Orders
