📄 Alphex™ Return Policy

At Alphex™, we want you to love your winter gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:
✔ unused
✔ unwashed
✔ in the same condition you received it
✔ in original packaging (if applicable)

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost or offer a refund.

Please provide:

  • order number

  • photos/videos clearly showing the issue

We respond within 24–48 hours.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • worn or washed items

  • items without original condition/packaging

  • items showing heavy signs of use

  • final sale / clearance items (if marked)

  • hygiene-sensitive items that have been used


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If you need a different size or color, contact us and we’ll arrange it.


5. Return Shipping Costs

For customer-initiated returns (wrong size ordered, changed mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund speed:

  • PayPal: instant–3 days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3–7 business days

  • Apple Pay / Shop Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless caused by our error.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


8. Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)
